Victory Report on Wings delivery

A group of ICs and students from RHQ1&6 gathered on 27 May @ICA. Their mission: to guide our active students to arrange for homevisits to invite them to the upcoming RHQ Exchange meeting and, at the same time, deliver our student publication "Wings" to them.
